Day 1: Drive to the Masai Mara – Visit a Maasai Village
You will be warmly welcomed at the airport or hotel by your private guide. After a short briefing, step into your private Land Cruiser and head through the Great Rift Valley as you make your way to the world-famous Masai Mara.
Before checking into your lodge or camp, visit a traditional Maasai village (Manyatta). This cultural experience offers a glimpse into the rich traditions, dress, and daily life of the Maasai people. Witness traditional dances, learn about their customs, and explore their hand-built homes. It’s a fascinating introduction to the land you’re about to explore.

Day 2: Full-Day Game Drive in Masai Mara
After an early breakfast, set off on a full-day game drive inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. This park is one of Africa’s best safari destinations, known for its incredible density of wildlife and rolling savannah landscapes. Expect to encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and leopards.
You’ll also have a chance to see cheetahs hunting on the open plains and hippos wallowing in the Mara River. Depending on the season, you may even witness the Great Migration. Lunch will be served picnic-style in the bush, before continuing your wildlife adventure into the afternoon.
Day 3: Hot Air Balloon over the Masai Mara and Safari Game Drive
Begin your second day in the Maasai Mara with an unforgettable sunrise hot air balloon ride, floating over the vast savannah as the first light reveals herds of wildlife below. After landing, enjoy a bush breakfast before returning to your lodge.
Later in the afternoon, head back into the reserve for a game drive. As the heat of the day fades, animals become more active, offering prime chances to spot predators and grazing herds. End the day with a golden sunset over the Mara — the perfect close to an extraordinary day.
Day 4: To Lake Nakuru for Afternoon/Sunset Game Drive
After breakfast, you’ll depart the Masai Mara and enjoy a scenic drive north toward Lake Nakuru National Park. You’ll pass through small towns and beautiful highland landscapes as you make your way into the Great Rift Valley once again.
Transfer Time: 4-5 hours
You’ll arrive at Lake Nakuru in the late afternoon and head straight into the park for an afternoon game drive. Known for its flamingos, endangered white rhinos, and lions, Nakuru offers a very different safari environment. Watch the sun begin to set over the lake as you check into your lodge or camp for the night.
Day 5: Lake Nakuru Game Drive and Drive to Amboseli
Wake up early for a morning game drive through Lake Nakuru National Park, a beautiful reserve known for its diverse wildlife and shimmering alkaline lake. Keep your eyes peeled for white and black rhinos grazing on the open plains, Rothschild’s giraffes silhouetted against the acacia trees, and an impressive array of birdlife — from pelicans to the famous flamingos that paint the lake’s edge pink when water levels are right.
Afterward, we travel south toward Amboseli, passing through Kenya’s scenic highlands and open plains. Along the way, you’ll glimpse vibrant rural life and, on clear days, distant views of Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 6: Full Day Exploring Amboseli National Park
After breakfast, head out for a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park, known for its large elephant herds and views of Mount Kilimanjaro. Explore the park’s open plains, swamps, and acacia woodlands in search of lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and buffalo.
Stop for a picnic lunch in a designated area, then continue your drive in the afternoon. You’ll also visit Observation Hill for a great view of the park and its wildlife. Return to the lodge by evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 7: To Tanzania, and Explore Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, departing from Amboseli, you’ll drive to the Kenya–Tanzania border. After crossing the border, you’ll be welcomed by your local Tanzanian safari guide and continue the journey to Tarangire, passing through scenic landscapes and glimpses of rural Tanzanian life along the way.
Transfer Time: 5 hours
After lunch, enjoy an afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Explore riverbeds and open plains home to lions, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, abundant birdlife, and, on rare occasions, African rock pythons resting in the trees along the riverbanks.
Day 8: Into the Serengeti – Endless Plains Await
After breakfast, you’ll travel through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. This route offers excellent game viewing even before reaching the Serengeti gates, with Maasai herds, plains game, and predators often visible along the way.
Transfer Time: 3 hours
Once inside the Serengeti, game viewing continues as you traverse endless plains stretching to the horizon. Depending on the season, you may encounter large herds of wildebeest and zebras, as well as lions, cheetahs, and leopards resting in the shade.
Day 9: Half Day Serengeti & Return Toward Ngorongoro
An early morning game drive offers one last opportunity to experience the Serengeti at its most active. As the sun rises, predators return from their ноч hunts, and herbivores begin grazing across the plains. This is often one of the most rewarding times to spot lions, cheetahs, and hyenas in action.
Later in the morning, you’ll begin your journey back toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The drive is scenic and relaxed, allowing time to absorb the transition from open plains back into the cooler highlands. By afternoon, you’ll arrive in the Ngorongoro region, where the landscape and atmosphere shift once again.

Day 10: Descending into the Ngorongoro Crater
An early start brings one of the safari’s true highlights: descending into the Ngorongoro Crater. This natural amphitheater is home to an extraordinary concentration of wildlife, including elephants, lions, buffalo, hippos, and the critically endangered black rhino. The crater floor offers year-round water and grazing, making wildlife sightings consistently exceptional.
After a rewarding game drive inside the crater, you’ll ascend back to the rim and begin the journey towards Kilimanjaro Airport. You will check into your lodge and the following morning take a flight to Uganda.

Day 11: Kigali Tour and Volcanoes National Park
After your short flight to Rwanda, you’ll start the day with a guided Kigali city tour, including a moving visit to the Genocide Memorial, vibrant local craft markets, and key cultural landmarks that offer insight into Rwanda’s rich history and heritage.
After the city tour, you’ll depart for Volcanoes National Park, a scenic drive through Rwanda’s beautiful countryside.

Day 12: Golden Monkey Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Today’s adventure offers an unforgettable experience in Volcanoes National Park. You will track the vibrant and energetic Golden Monkeys, known for their striking orange-gold coats and playful nature. Found only in a few places in the world, these rare primates leap through the lush greenery of the Virunga Mountains in large, lively troops—making for an incredible sight and a dream for photographers and wildlife lovers alike.
Afterwards, begin your scenic drive to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest.

Day 13: Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi Forest
Today you’ll trek in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that is home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. After a short briefing, set off with your guide into the forest to track one of the habituated gorilla families. Once located, you’ll spend one unforgettable hour observing them up close — playing, moving through the trees, and interacting with each other in their natural environment.
After the trek, continue your adventure to Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most breathtaking and peaceful places in Uganda.

Day 14: Private Boat on Lake Bunyonyi and Drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Start your day at Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful and serene spots in Uganda. Surrounded by terraced hills and dotted with 29 small islands, this lake is Africa’s second deepest — and completely free of crocodiles and hippos, making it ideal for a peaceful experience. Here you will embark on a boat adventure to explore some of these islands, taking in the stunning scenery and getting a glimpse of local life along the lakeshore.
After your boat adventure, begin the scenic journey to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

Day 15: Game Drive and Boat Safari at Kazinga Channel
Start your morning with a game drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park, one of Uganda’s premier wildlife destinations. The park is home to an incredible variety of animals, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, and elusive leopards often seen lounging in the shade.
In the afternoon, set off on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, home to one of the world’s largest hippo populations. You’ll glide past massive pods of hippos, crocodiles basking on the banks, and large herds of elephants and buffaloes coming to drink. Few places in Africa offer such consistent and close-up encounters with wildlife.
In the evening, rest in your lodge or continue with a sunset game drive.
Day 16: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kalinzu Forest
This morning, head for a chimpanzee trekking experience at Kalinzu Forest. With the guidance of expert trackers, you’ll follow signs through the forest until you find one of the habituated chimp families. Once located, you’ll spend one hour observing their interactions—grooming, feeding, or moving through the canopy. It’s an up-close and authentic encounter with one of our closest animal relatives.
Afterward, you’ll begin your journey toward Lake Mburo National Park.

Day 17: Walking Safari at Lake Mburo National Park
Begin the day with a guided walking safari, led by an armed ranger — a unique way to get closer to the animals in Lake Mburo National Park. The park is one of the best places in Uganda to see large herds of zebras and the striking Rothschild’s giraffe. You may also encounter topis, elands, and other antelope species, along with a wide variety of birdlife.
After the walk, you’ll begin the drive back to Entebbe. Along the way, you’ll stop at the Equator for photos and a chance to pick up some local crafts. You’re expected to arrive in Entebbe by early evening.
